Damian is a project manager with more than 15 years’ experience in the resources, highways, rail, marine, defence and civil remediation sectors in Australia, Ireland & the UK.
As General Manager for O’Brien Civil, Damian is responsible for overseeing the management and direction of O’Brien Civil projects, the company’s growth strategy, business development, and financial planning.
Damian holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and Master of Science in Concrete Engineering & Environmental Management.

While specialising in concrete construction, he also possesses comprehensive general construction knowledge spanning earthworks, drainage, structural works, and site development — allowing him to manage multidisciplinary teams and oversee projects of varying scale and complexity.
With strong skills in resource allocation, project management, and strategic planning, Peter ensures every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Cliona is a qualified CPA and financial management and commerce professional, with more than 12 years’ experience in accounts, auditing and resources management.
As Financial Controller for O’Brien Civil, Cliona’s role includes implementing and overseeing the enterprise resources planning system, including maintaining financial controls and reporting, and maintaining statutory compliance for the company.
Cliona also holds responsibility for supervising and training the accounting team.
Adam has over 14 years of experience across civil construction, rail infrastructure, building and asset maintenance. He specialises in the full contract lifecycle, including tendering, cost management, design management and commercial oversight. His background spans major transport projects, complex remediation works, maintenance programs and multidisciplinary civil packages.
At O’Brien Civil, Adam leads Pre-contracts activities, managing tender preparation, commercial review, pricing, supplier engagement and contract negotiations. He also oversees project kick-offs and handovers, ensuring delivery teams receive clear scopes, risks and commercial requirements from the outset. Adam provides commercial guidance across the business and acts as a key escalation point during contract discussions.
